This is one of the most common things I hear ā āI eat clean, Deb. Why would I need to take anything else?ā And hey, I get it! Youāre doing the meal prep, avoiding the junk, and loading up on greens⦠so shouldnāt that be enough?
Truth is, even the healthiest diets can come up short. Soil quality isnāt what it used to be. Stress and age change how we absorb nutrients. And letās be honest ā we all skip the broccoli sometimes. š
