But I Eat Healthy… Do I Really Need Vitamins

This is one of the most common things I hear — ā€œI eat clean, Deb. Why would I need to take anything else?ā€ And hey, I get it! You’re doing the meal prep, avoiding the junk, and loading up on greens… so shouldn’t that be enough?

Truth is, even the healthiest diets can come up short. Soil quality isn’t what it used to be. Stress and age change how we absorb nutrients. And let’s be honest — we all skip the broccoli sometimes. šŸ˜…

In this post, I’ll walk you through why supplements (the right ones) can help fill in the gaps — and how they’ve personally helped me and so many in the Sisterhood feel stronger, sharper, and more energized.

Why Vitamins Still Matter (Even If You Eat Like a Saint)

So here’s the deal. I’ve been a nurse for over 40 years, and if I had a dime for every time someone said,
